Change your account email
The email address on your ApexStream account is where invoices and important account notices are sent. Right now, email changes are handled by the ApexStream support team — there is no self-serve way to change your account email in the dashboard.
Request an email change
- Email support@apexstream.co from your current account email address.
- Tell us the new email address you want to use.
- We will confirm the change with you before updating the account.
See your current email
Your current account email is shown on the Settings > Account page. The field is read-only, with a note to contact support if you need to change it.
Good to know: Changing your account email does not automatically update the email used for Stripe invoices. Update that separately in the Stripe billing portal if needed.
