Create your ApexStream account
Creating an ApexStream account is free and takes just a minute. You'll fill in a few details (or use Google), then pick a plan and land straight in your dashboard.
Step 1 — Go to the sign-up page
Visit the ApexStream sign-up page and you'll see a form waiting for you.
Step 2 — Fill in your details, or use Google
Fill in the following:
- Full Name — your name
- Email Address — a valid email (you'll use this to log in)
- Password — at least 8 characters
- Workspace Name — a name for your account or team space
- License / Invite Key — optional; add one if you received it
There's also a checkbox if you'd like to receive marketing updates and tips — it's optional.
When you're ready, click Create Account. Or skip the form entirely and click Continue with Google to sign up with your Google account instead.
Step 3 — Pick a plan
Right after signing up, you'll land on the plans page. You can:
- Choose Free — no payment needed, you're straight into your dashboard.
- Choose Hobby, Creator, or Scale — you'll go to checkout to complete payment.
- Choose Enterprise — this contacts our sales team by email instead of checking out directly.
You can change your plan anytime, so don't worry about getting it perfect now.
Step 4 — You're in
Once you've chosen a plan, you'll land in your dashboard. A Getting Started checklist walks you through the first steps — connecting a platform, creating your first stream, setting your defaults, and going live. A quick tour also points out the main controls.
Good to know: You don't need a credit card to start on the Free plan — you can always upgrade from your dashboard later.
