アカウントのメールアドレスを変更する

ApexStream アカウントのメールアドレスは、請求書や重要なアカウント通知の送信先です。現在、メールアドレスの変更は ApexStream サポートチームが対応しており、ダッシュボード上にセルフサービスで変更する方法はありません。

メールアドレスの変更をリクエストする

現在の受信用メールアドレスは Settings > Account ページに表示されています。このフィールドは読み取り専用で、変更が必要な場合はサポートにお問い合わせいただくよう注記されています。

豆知識： アカウントのメールアドレスを変更しても、Stripe の請求書に使用されるメールアドレスは自動的に更新されません。必要に応じて Stripe の請求ポータルで別途更新してください。
