Manage notifications
Choose how ApexStream contacts you about stream activity, billing, product updates, and account security.
Notification channels
Go to Settings > Notifications to control these channels:
- Email Notifications — stream health alerts, billing notices, and account activity sent to your email.
- In-App Notifications — alerts shown in the dashboard notification center.
- Marketing & Tips — product news, tutorials, growth tips, and special offers.
Turn a channel on or off
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Find the channel you want to change.
- Click the toggle next to it.
- The change saves automatically.
Security alerts are always on
Critical security and transactional notices — such as password changes, new sign-ins, and receipts — cannot be disabled. This keeps your account safe and ensures you receive legally required notices.
Good to know: Required transactional emails, like password resets and payment receipts, are sent even if you turn off marketing and optional email notifications.
